Hey everyone, I am Deep and ever since I can remember my love for Fitness and Health has been extraordinary. Now you might be wondering why I say Fitness and Health, but merely put it doesn’t matter whether I say fitness and health, or health and fitness because I enjoy both equally.
Throughout my life, I have faced adversity in maintaining the body that I want. However, going into high school, I realized it was time for me to take action before it was too late. This passion for becoming healthy and fit led me to play sports like football and wrestling. In both sports, I was able to learn a lot about how to stay healthy, lose weight, and feel good about myself. At the same time, I was lucky enough to work with a personal trainer who taught me a lot about health and fitness. I am very grateful that all of these events occurred as it changed my life for the positive.
The reason I created this site was to help individuals like yourself’s learn the basic’s behind Health and Fitness. I want to provide you with the knowledge I acquired, to help you become a better and happier person overall. By providing reviews on products that work and tips that are helpful, I am trying to ensure that you don’t end up making that same mistakes I did.

So now to me and my experience with Health and Fitness…
My freshman year of high school I was considered overweight, and I was embarrassed. I was 5ft 6in, and 175lbs, I did not enjoy it, that’s why I promised myself that I would turn myself around.
Being completely honest my weight wasn’t the biggest issue. It was my health. I had been sitting on my couch watching tv or playing video games for 5-6 hours a day, which is something that I do not recommend. This habit was a key factor in my weight gain and the junk food that I constantly ate didn’t help either. That’s why the biggest reason I wanted to be healthy and fit was that I cared about the way I feel and that should matter more than being “overweight.”
So I took action and joined the football team and wrestling team at my school, hoping I would have both fun and learn about health and fitness. And I was right, the knowledge I gained from the sports, and my coaches was life changing, they provided inside to information that I just didn’t know.
Also, I can’t forget about the personal trainer who encouraged me to be my best self every single day. This trainer taught me a lot about health and fitness, and the mentality he helped me gain was even greater because I wanted to be and feel great.
So to sum everything up I realized that by changing my lifestyle and becoming active, allowed me to become the person I am today. I want you to realize this as well, sure controlling weight can be important but even more important is how you feel about yourself both mental and physically.
