    It seems too smaller time for me. Maybe if you only needed to lose a few pounds but I would prefer to do a longer more stable program and one I could sustain. We should do all that we can to maintain proper health and weight control. Your post is well detailed and has great information. This diet plan sounds very good and it seems to be very effective.

    Thank you so much for introducing me to the 3 week diet. Before reading your article I had never heard of it. I am trying to lose belly fat and I know there is many in my position. I know belly fat is very dangerous and would love to try this 3 week diet.

  4. The reviews of the “Three Week Diet” are impressive. I do wish you had included an overview at least of what the diet includes. I would want to know more about what’s allowed in each of the phases before I would made a decision to purchase the book. Losing weight that quickly would definitely be a great motivator.
